These pipelines delivered multi-omics insights into immune aging and disease cohorts, supporting clinical research and product development.• Leveraged EHR-derived Complete Blood Counts (CBC) and blood-chemistry panels patients) to build predictive models (Accuracy 0.79–0.92) identifying at-risk patients and forecasting disease onset within ±30 days, enabling earlier, risk-stratified clinical interventions.
