Key Job Responsibilities / Accomplishments:• Cloud Engineering and Architecture; Implement application, networking, storage, database, and compute designs for existing / future applications in Microsoft Azure.• CI/CD and DevOps; Created pipelines in Azure DevOps to deploy application infrastructure as Infrastructure as code (IaC) in all environments (Dev/Test, Stage, Prod). Partner with developers and product owners to create infrastructure settings and configurations for application deployment. Utilize Terraform / Azure Bicep for automated deployments using Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.• Partner IAAS; Create partner, internal, and developer sandboxes as needed. Develop disaster recovery plans for 150 partner sandboxes, 100 internal sandboxes, and 50 developer sandboxes.• Cloud Migration; Provide technical expertise to other engineers for on-premise migration to the cloud. Assist where needed.• System / Application Monitoring; Respond to Azure Monitor alerts 24/7 for multiple applications and systems. Resolve issues and restore services as quickly as possible to keep uptime.
