I entered this job as a complete beginner with zero experience. After 3 weeks of intense training, I started working as a Customer Support Agent. The work involves providing customer support to companies with which the organization Happy+ affiliates. More recently, we have been working with a German company that provides different cases for smartphones. My role is to provide the best support regarding the correct product arrivals, returns, exchanges, refunds, and much other support that the clients find helpful, while always keeping them happy.
