Responsible to Lead Banks Electronic Document Management strategy globally. It\'s an important section of banks digitalization as it covers 4 major document management capabilities 1) Capture, 2) Store, 3) Record Management and 4) Access. multiple products for each of the capability is aligned to this role, responsible to provide the steer direction to assist bank to gain maximum benifit. In this responsibility I am also responsible to work with my product leads to ensure we select the right product for a specific capability and enhance it for fit for our purpose. Understanding requirement of business lines and regional requirement also key to assist enable them achive their goals. Aligning our vision with vendors product pipeline is also key in selection the currect vendor to support the proposition. Also use imagination and use of advanced technologies to innovate and bring more value to business to make the proposition capabilities more effective and efficient.

Responsible to startegise, Lead and guide Document Management portfolio of HSBC. This is pivotal for digitalisation of the Bank. It\'s even more important in this post Covid situation were trends of works being done more digitally. Ensuring Bank uses the right product to yield out best results for it\'s business through this proposition. Also aim for the best possible outcome in using the data stored within the systems using Advanced techniques to make the Bank more secure and contribute towards its growth. Also from my previous role I continue to guide the team on AI /ML product journey and an advisor for the usage of ChatBot solution within the Bank.
