ABOUT MARK ARBEID VR

An astute and results-driven business and change leader, with 25 years of experience working for some of the world\'s top banking and technology companies. Passionate about helping organisations work better - improving performance, returns on investment, processes, use of information, and team culture - and I bring this experience and focus to my role at Citi.In parallel, I served for 20 years as an intelligence officer and senior people-manager in the UK\'s Reserve Forces, where I developed an interest in ethics and leadership standards. This translated into continuing focus on business conduct, and saw me deliver initiatives on conduct risk, industry conduct standards and ESG approaches for several of my financial services clients whist working as a consultant.I\'m a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, a Member of the City & Guilds of London Institute, a Freeman of the City of London and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce (the RSA), as well as an experienced trustee and board member. I\'m a keen amateur nature photographer and a brown belt in ju jitsu.
