As a final-year Master of Social Work (MSW) student at Aligarh Muslim University, I am exploring the space where community work and human resource practices come together. I am deeply interested in understanding how organizations can function not just efficiently, but also ethically and inclusively.My academic journey has shaped the way I look at systems — not just as structures, but as spaces that directly impact people’s lives. I often find myself thinking about how ideas like social justice, dignity, and empowerment can actually be practiced within workplaces, not just discussed in theory.Through my fieldwork and ongoing apprenticeship, I have been getting a closer look at how organizations operate on a daily basis, from policies and employee relations to workplace culture and overall functioning. These experiences have helped me connect classroom learning with real-world situations, especially in understanding people’s needs within institutional setups.I am particularly interested in building workplaces where employees feel heard, respected, and supported. For me, HR is not just about processes, but about people, their well-being, their growth, and the environment they work in.I am always open to learning, connecting, and engaging with people who believe in creating meaningful and people centered organizations.
