Preparation of standard Concession justification reports based on Hand calculation approach as well as using analysis and simulation tools (MSC Nastran, MSC Patran) in both metallic & composite components of Airbus A400M, A380 & A330, Bombardier (C Series Aileron, Winglet, Global - Rudder & Elevator) aircraft programs. The scope of the projects includes composite static stress analysis, to update the loads in FE Model extracting the loads from FE tool, hand calculate the failure modes for different structures and preparation of stress dossier. The analysis comprises of bearing bypass, bearing strength, open hole, RF calculations and laminate assessment analysis and resolution of low RF of Wing and Nacelle structures. Hands on experience in FEM, simulation of non-conformance by modification of baseline FEM for evaluation of variation in RF. Also carry out static stress calculations using classical methods to check the structural integrity of the non-conformity and any proposed corrective action.Understand evolving customer standards and airworthiness requirements to continuously improve repairs solutions.
