Arbaaz is currently pursuing a Master’s program in Accounting and Finance at Drexel University, Philadelphia. Previously he has worked as a Consultant in the Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) practice at Deloitte Consulting and in this role he has managed M&A projects worth of $150M+ ensuring engagement profitability at multiple stages of these projects. While broadly involved in all phases of a project\'s life cycle from inception to closure, his core responsibility is on the FP & A side.His work and education closely align with his interest in accounting and finance. He likes to work on projects where he applies his knowledge and skill set in delivering superior quality of work. He is a team player and has also lead multiple teams in his career. He understands the significance of team work and collaborating the teams\' efforts in reaching the organisation goals.
