Lead delivery of capital, compliance, and heritage projects across a complex London estate that includes Grade II listed buildings and a 4-star boutique hotel, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and guests. Manage the Façade Restoration Programme for five Georgian townhouses on Mecklenburgh Square, including procurement of specialist contractors, tender evaluation, cost/risk control, and scaffold/permissions coordination. Deliver Fire Door Replacement & Remedial Works across student accommodation and hotel assets, overseeing RAMS, permits, capital coding, and phased scheduling in live environments. Oversee Roof Repair packages and building-fabric maintenance to maintain weatherproofing, protect heritage elements, and secure long-term asset performance. Coordinate with Camden Council for listed-building matters and permitting, and manage the College’s Scottish estate in Aberdeenshire, liaising with the local council to maintain regulatory compliance and operational continuity. Accountable for procurement, POs, capital expenditure tracking, commercial reporting, and regular stakeholder updates to senior leadership. Plan decant logistics and stakeholder communication for major works, including preparing the Great Hall for refurbishment with temporary storage relocation.
