ABOUT ARAVIND RAJ
I am a PhD candidate in family medicine at McGill University. My research is in implementation science focusing on translating evidence into practice in complex healthcare settings. At Flemingdon Health Centre, I conduct applied research combining quantitative data analysis with key informant interviews to evaluate diabetes programming and improve patient outcomes. My work involves stakeholder engagement with program staff and clinicians to identify lessons learned and develop strategies for adoption and scale-up. I am also actively building experience in real-world data analysis. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the open road. I am happy to connect if we share interests.
