As a Senior Engineer at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, I am involved in the design and development of electronic control units (ECU) for the automotive industry. I handle product development with complete design responsibilities, from conceptualization to industrialization, and ensure product design realization for mass production. I also visit and assess suppliers across the globe for part realization and quality assurance. I have a Master of Technology degree in Tool Engineering from NTTF, where I gained strong manufacturing knowledge and skills in plastic and sheet metal part design, CAD modelling software, and tool and die design. Previously, I worked as a Product Development Engineer at TE Connectivity, where I developed a new range of rectangular shielded connectors and an innovative design for a solar panel space application connector. I have also worked in medical devices and equipment development at L&T Technology Services Limited, as per ISO 13485 standards. I have published a paper on gating system for investment casting in Elsevier journal. I am proficient in 3D CAD Modelling, Tolerance Stackup, Part realization design, GD & T and German language.
