I’ve been in QA long enough to understand it’s about building trust in systems, between teams and in what we ship.My journey began with the fundamentals: writing test cases, triaging defects, validating functionality. But over time, I found myself drawn to deeper challenges - messy workflows, cross-functional alignment, and scaling QA without slowing teams down.That shift from execution to strategy has shaped how I work today. I now lead QA across multiple programs, define test strategies for enterprise clients, and guide teams to think of quality as a shared responsibility, not a phase.I also mentor QA engineers stepping into leadership.
