Starworth is 100% subsidiary of Puravankara Group, a leading real-estate developer in the country. In 2001, Starworth was conceptualized as an internal engineering division of the Puravankara Group. It was in the year of 2009, when Starworth was established as an independent General Contracting Company, to pursue external construction contracts as well back-end service provider to the parent group. With over 16+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction & delivering more than 12 million sqft of quality construction and 81 million manhours, Starworth has developed as one of the best construction companies in South India.
Our team, which is the backbone of our company, operates concomitantly as a family and takes hold at a steady rate. Under superintendence of our Managing Director, Mr. Rajkumar Pillai who has not only expertise and exposure to world-class construction but has also been involved with construction of large project in India and overseas; we are having 288 years of collective leadership experience, and not to mention 300+ professionals employed on roll and 1000+ tradesmen working all over southern states; leading to completion of 27 projects till date.
