To work in a challenging atmosphere where I can learn and contribute to the domain of my interest and specialization Experience • Keeping track on mandatory corporate action events (Interest and Redemption) • Setting up announcement details as per MT564/MT568, Dace • Send early redemption notification to client through Scorpio • On pay date revalidation of event and checking whether payment is received from agent (MT 566) is matching with the expected amount in order to release the event • Validating trades & identifying the key date positions for Coupon for fails processing • Verifying if the trade has settled on, before or after the record date and distributing the coupons accordingly • Using the IntelliMatch for marking and applying the funds received from counterparties and clearing agent • In case of discrepancy or delay in payment, liaising with agent for confirmation • Calculating the coupon amount & claiming the same from counter party • Tracking all the coupon auto compensations from agents & dealing with agents if we have any discrepancy • Keeping track of all the bond maturities & calculating the end price • Auditing all the payments instructions given by clients & ensuring that the payments are done on the correct account & within the deadline • Taking up continuous follow up with the counter party over the call and email regarding the pending claim to be received by the firm • Certify all non-USA beneficiary bondholder prior to corporate action deadline date. • Assisting managers in the preparation of reports, documentation • Send MT599 (XMS) to agent /counter party in case of missing certification or for confirmation of SSI details • Processing wire payment to different counter parties and given SSI details and setting up of SSI details for smooth processing of payment • Performing audits and checking the work done by team
