Controls - RACM Design through understanding the business processes - Understanding the risk in the existing process and suggesting additional controls where required- Quarterly control testing and report on the Observations and Opportunity for Improvements (Operational and design deficiency)- Analysing risk involved in various process, instructing the sevice tower heads to update the same in risk register and get it signed off from Business Process Owner2. Audit Support a. Verification activity- Understanding various audit queries (around 30 to 35 types of audits) which is marked as closed by the business action owners, checking for sufficiency of the evidences already provided (if any) and baselining evidences to be obtained- Obtaining evidences from business action owners and evaluating to check if the same is sufficient to close the issue- Preparing detailed work paper to highlight the details of the actions along with the end resultsb. Other Audit support services- Uploading the audit reports to Audit Software and initiating survey for getting the feedback from Business Action Owners- Monthly chase for overdue observations- Monthly reporting of the actions which is open, crossed the due date but still no recent updates from Business Action Owner- Check software notifications to ensure that the due dates are revised for observations based on valid reason, Observations with proper status updates are closed, etc3. Risk Support- Change the existing risk slides to suite the current quarter and rollout to Risk Owners- Collecting the risk slides along with update from Risk Owners and check the reasonableness of the comments provided for variation in the current quarter- Followup for additional comments required in the risk slides and reporting the final slides to the Risk Manager of the Customer for further processing
