I didn’t grow up with an expensive degree, powerful connections, or a family business waiting for me, everything I learned in life and business including digital marketing, entrepreneurship, building my agency and leading teams, I had to figure out on my own. I’ve hired people, trained people, and built companies from scratch. And over the years, I noticed something that bothered me deeply: young people were doing everything they were told to do, study hard, get a degree, apply for jobs, but still ending up stuck.They weren’t failing because they lacked talent.They were failing because nobody taught them the actual skills the industry needs.I knew that feeling.I wasn’t born into advantage either.I built my career with skills, grit, mistakes, late nights, and learning the hard way.That’s why I created Alkemy Edtech. The name comes from alchemy, turning something ordinary into something stronger and more valuable.Because that’s what skills did for me.They changed my life.And I want that for others.At Alkemy, we teach digital and AI-driven skills in a practical way.Not theory.Not long lectures.Real work, portfolios, campaigns, interview preps, confidence, and outcomes that matter.I’ve seen it happen:• A girl who was scared to start her career is now pitching services to clients across the globe. • A graduate who faced rejection in every interview now heads a team at a startup. • A mother who paused her career now has restarted her career from the comfort of her home.
