I work as a Lead Software Engineer in the Health Care Innovation area. I lead and work with engineers in the development and maintenance of our application, as well as working with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the application meets their needs. I work in agile setting and design and implement new features and functionality. I act as a IT SME for the health care application and provide guidance to business and other stakeholders. My responsibilities include Overseeing the software development process and ensuring that it meets the project\'s requirements Developing and maintaining application documentation and technical specifications Mentoring and developing junior software engineers Troubleshooting and resolving software problems Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of the project\'s progress Participating in software testing with various teams Leading and participating in software design and architecture Keeping up with the latest software engineering trends and technologies
