Deputy Manager-Execution, FLSmidth is the leading supplier of complete plants, equipment and services to the global cement and minerals industries.Key Responsibilities Handling:Coordination with Engineering Dept for release of Ordering Information (MR), sending enquiries as per Vendor List, obtaining technical and commercial offer & following up with Engg for its technical evaluation / acceptance Preparations of Vendor master, RFQ & purchase orders in Oracle.Responsible for commercial analysis, discussions & negotiations with vendors to arrive at best Proposition, final evaluation leading to preparation of award note and placing of orders.Meeting with vendors and expediting work handling, Generating reports on the costing and Estimating phase of new projects. Imports of materials.Settlement of the claim from vendors & contractors as per terms of purchase order and contracts. Responsible for expediting & coordination of project related activities, by acting as a link between client, Engg & Vendor and responsible for issuing manufacturing go-ahead to vendor after approval of documents.Tracking delivery status of all items and ensuring timely & scheduled receipt at site.Arranging inspection call from vendor and organizing stage wise/final inspection by QC/TPI agency and issuance of material dispatch clearance to vendor.Maintaining, monitoring & controlling pre order enquiry status, procurement status, post ordering expediting status, vendor payment & cash flow status and clearance of vendor invoices as per process and cash flow.
