With over nine years of experience in the agribusiness sector, I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative solutions that address the challenges and opportunities faced by smallholder farmers, micro-entrepreneurs, and other SMEs. As the co-founder and COO of FarmServ Innovations, I lead the strategic planning, execution, and operations of our company, which provides digital and financial services to farmers and agri-businesses in India.Prior to co-founding FarmServ Innovations, I worked as a strategy manager at the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture, where I contributed to the design and implementation of various initiatives to enhance the productivity, profitability, and resilience of small-scale farmers. I also have extensive experience in managing systems and processes, coordinating partnerships, and leading teams in the agri-sector. I hold a PGP in Agribusiness from IIM Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology.
