Ascertain the skill levels that are needed for each cohort and map appropriate training plans for them • Streamline operations by implementing process improvements and providing requirements for path to production, access reviews, cloud governance models, production onboarding templates, and you build you own (YBYO). • Enabled more efficient triaging by integrating Extrahop, Dynatrace, and Xmatters to enhance visibility. • Orchestrated and managed out of region failover exercises for 50+ on-premise applications based on recovery groups to ensure enterprise resiliency.
