Key responsibilities include:• Sourcing and Screening of candidates• Coordinating with technical panels for interviews• Participating in virtual and physical drives• Stakeholder Management:o Regular communication with BU Heads, Account Heads, and Practice Heads (VPs/Directors) during daily stand-up callso Occasionally coordinating with RMG teams for proactive positionso In rare cases, RMG teams join stand-up calls to discuss challenges related to open positions• Major Focus Areas:o Collaborating with Practice and Account teams for active positionso Approaching “RMG-Directors/VP’s” for taking RMG approvals for proactive positions. o Collecting panel availability from Practice teamso Communicating with Technical Hiring Managerso Connecting with VPs/Directors for salary approvals• Operational Tasks:o Vendor Managemento UAN Verificationo Manual Pre-BGV initiation and Post-BGV initiation through ATS. o HR discussions / salary negotiations, and offer initiation up to the pre-onboarding stage. o Coordinating with the “Offer Management team” after preparation of “offer letter” / “Offer letters”. o Communication with the Onboarding team before candidate joining (handling pre-onboarding only)o Working on internal ATS tool – “SAP SuccessFactors” (SAP-SF)• Daily Activities:o Reviewing active positions via the DSR (Demand Supply Report), which is auto-generated and linked to ATSo Preparing offer letterso Hiring for account-based (active) and proactive positionso Preparing weekly MIS reportso Posting jobs on Capgemini’s career site & Job portals o Conducting weekend drives, face-to-face interviews, and weekday interviews Working for US & Indian positions.
