I have had a lot of experiences in both leading and getting hands dirty over these years. I adapt. Completed many courses, attended workshops, employed ideas from attending workshops in projects. Love to explore space and objects that fly. Will work deep but won\'t give up on entertaining. I started my job as a part-timer in a Browsing Center in Coimbatore - The Manager during my higher secondary studies. Upon securing merit class proficiencies in schooling, chose a knowledge path in an extraordinary way - BE Aeronautical. Again, entertained and nourished my life to it\'s entirety in College, due to immediate monetary requirement in the family, joined as a Junior Chat Associate (Non Voice Process for 1 year) in KGiSL, Coimbatore in 2018. Had the skills to adapt, improvise and overcome atmost all obstacles in achieving the targets to be promoted into an International Voice Process - Junior Process Associate. After surviving and thriving during this unpleasant Covid, exceeding the process expectations in several ways, I attended the IJP held in end of 2020 - Directly promoted as a Team Leader for the same process that I joined in less than 2.5 years (Voice process). Being a man with utter responsibilities toward the family, I\'m looking forward in growth rather than settling!
