Managing a broad portfolio including being the primary contact for a number of clients- Managing engagement life cycle including proposal, risk, client communication, delivery, and finances- Working across a varied client portfolio of UK based groups, PE backed groups and overseas entities delivering advice on a wide range of corporation tax issues including group restructures, governance, and compliance related matters- Managing the end-to-end process on corporate tax compliance engagements- Delivering corporation tax compliance services to different clients including preparation and review of tax computations, returns and tax accounting schedules- Providing ad hoc tax advice to clients and overseas firms both formally and informally- Project management of advice by liaising with specialist teams across the UK business, overseas member firms and third parties, ensuring that client’s expectations are met- Regularly attending client meetings, building relationships with clients, communicating changes to UK tax legislation, and identifying new business opportunities- Providing input into the corporate tax compliance cycle by advising on CFCs, CIR and anti-hybrid disclosures- Supporting in governance related engagements including advice on SAO, tax risk registers, liaising with HMRC, CCO and tax strategy- Supporting junior members of the team with their personal and professional development- Responsibility for the finances, risk and end to end cycle across all of my clients.
