Hi, I’m Arati Tuppad!I\'m a passionate Cellular and Molecular Biologist with hands-on research experience in cancer biology, molecular genetics, and microbial systems. My recent work focuses on uncovering drug resistance mechanisms in glioblastoma stem cells 🧠, also assisted in tools like CRISPR/Cas9 🧬, siRNA knockdown, and zebrafish models to drive discovery in cancer therapeutics. Whether it\'s culturing patient-derived xenograft (PDX) cells, analyzing qRT-PCR data, or running viability assays like CellTiter-Glo, I bring precision, curiosity, and a commitment to rigorous science. I\'m also experienced in bioinformatics and data analysis, using Python, R, and tools like UCSC Genome Browser, SnapGene, and NCBI BLAST to decode biological data and guide experimental design. Outside the lab, I love mentoring students, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to meaningful research that bridges bench to bedside.
