ABOUT ARATHI GARIMELLA

Arathi is a Positive, Self-Confident and Zealous Management student, looking for opportunities to develop self, and bring growth to the organization by being flexible and adaptable with good leadership and team. She is looking forward to grasping a challenging and a creative opportunity where I can apply my skills in a dynamic way from an organization with plenty of room for Advancement. Having completed her Under graduation at Ethiraj college for Women, Chennai with 82% and now pursuing her PGDM in finance and operations at Woxsen University, Hyderabad, she is interested in acquiring more knowledge on and off the University. With a zeal to learn more and to practice all the educational concepts in industries, she started her career as a \'Management Trainee in Apollo Hospitals\'. Arathi is currently working as a Management Trainee in Apollo Hospitals Pvt Ltd, and works closely with the operations domain of the organisation. She is also responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Executive Team and managing the organization\'s office operations and the analytics closely. She also Interned with State bank of India and Urban Company, as Banking Intern and an Operations Intern, respectively. With active experience of being a team leader during the internships and during the Under graduation and post-graduation classes, Arathi is an interpersonal person with active leadership, Multi-tasking, and Problem-solving abilities. Proving her leadership skills, she was also the president of Red ribbon club (RRC, Ethiraj) and hosted events for the college. She also organized ED-Bazaar (for entrepreneurs) for her Department in UG. Being a part of student council as a president executive in both the years during her PG, Arathi refreshes her knowledge with lively experiences towards Leadership and People Management. She also did projects on a business model in total and about forex in banking. With continuous urge to learn more, she participated and won competitions for Debate, Case study competitions and many other. Arathi also has a proficient level exposure in 4 languages - English, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. With proper grip over her communication skills and Confidence in public speaking, Arathi is ready to set to start her career with the industries and corporates.
