Lead end-to-end release management activities for both mobile and web applications in English and French.Act as Deployment and Release Lead, ensuring smooth execution of all deployment activities across various environments.Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful deployment of software releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Create and manage change requests using ServiceNow, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.Utilize Jira to track release tickets, user stories, and manage sprint readiness for deployment.Maintain version control and coordinate code merges through Git, ensuring integrity and traceability of release components.Prepare and communicate Go/No-Go criteria, deployment schedules, and implementation plans with stakeholders.Draft and present Go/No-Go meeting decks (G-MEs) to leadership to support release decision-making.Monitor deployments and lead resolution of any post-release issues, maintaining stability and minimal business impact.Ensure adherence to TD’s governance, change control, and audit compliance processes.Continuously improve release management workflows to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce deployment risks.
