ABOUT ARASH SHADKAM

I\'m a strategic and data-driven analytics leader with over six years of experience in agile environments. My journey has taken me from co-founding a startup to enhancing decision-making and enabling clients at major companies like Aritzia, Shopify and KPMG. My time at Shopify honed my skills in building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data, and leading training sessions to enhance team capabilities and tool adoption. At Servtennis, I developed the product vision, roadmap, and user stories, conducted customer interviews, and led a talented team to create MVPs that improved tennis training for the players in the pilot program. As a Senior Data Visualization Consultant at KPMG Lighthouse, I executed high-profile custom dashboard projects, led RFP processes, and improved hiring practices. My earlier role as a Data Visualization Consultant involved collaborating with stakeholders, designing mock-ups, and delivering impactful dashboards. With a Master\'s degree from UBC, I\'ve applied time-series prediction models and data mining techniques to forecast and visualize data trends. I\'m passionate about leveraging data to drive insights and improve business outcomes.
