VP of Technology Bardel Entertainment Formerly the Principal Engineer Architect- Animal Logic Entertainment Formerly the System Engineer Supervisor – Animal Logic Entertainment Vancouver Studio from 2015 to Present Arash received his Bachelor degree from British Columbia Institute of Technology in Network System Engineering and Multiple Certifications in Internet Service Architecture and Data Management Services. He has been in Technical Management for the last 20+ years and worked across corporate environments specializing in Internet and Web Hosting services providing services to over clients. Arash has worked in the Media and Entertainment industry for the last 15 years of his career. From 2010 to 2013 he consulted for globally distributed organizations working across 6 countries in 8 times zones to produce 16 active productions for children’s TV episodic. At Animal Logic Entertainment Arash has designed a studio network and operational workflows from the ground up and ran the team of Engineers tasks with building the Vancouver studio for the organization. He has worked with production, R&D and technical teams to design and implement multi-site production and data replication frameworks. Having completed two successful multi-site productions and actively working on the third has been a key part of the production success of Animal Logics. Arash is leading the team of Engineers redesigning the network and security framework of the organization for the future and standardizing all core network and infrastructure services for automation and cloud native architecture. Multi-geo data management and hybrid multi cloud core architecture is a big part of the future for the organization. Working across Sydney, Australia and Vancouver, Canada has introduced a unique high latency network environment requiring a lot of cloud native design. With the new initiatives in our organization to using cloud service providers has provided new opportunities in design and operation improvements.
