ABOUT ARASH KOOHZAD MOHAMMADI

I am a passionate hardware design engineer with a strong focus on CPU microarchitecture, committed to driving innovation and optimizing high-performance computing systems. My experience spans both in-order and out-of-order CPU design, specializing in microarchitecture, memory subsystems, and performance modelling. From leading the memory subsystem of an in-order RISC-V CPU core to defining the high-performance microarchitecture of an out-of-order RISC-V CPU, I have consistently contributed to high-impact projects.At Imagination Technologies, I played a key role in delivering a PPA-optimized design for the memory subsystem of an in-order CPU core, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases. For the out-of-order CPU, I focused on defining a high-performance, model-driven microarchitecture optimized for energy efficiency and performance, targeting different workloads such as AI workloads.Additionally, my experience as an FPGA design engineer at SINA has equipped me with a holistic understanding of the FPGA design process, from definition and design to synthesis, debugging, and PPA optimization.\"I do not limit my challenges, I challenge my limits!\"
