ABOUT ARASH KHOSRAVI
Mr. Arash Khosravi has more than 23 years of experience in the technical fields and management of geotechnics and rock mechanics in several million dollars projects such as tunnels, underground and surface infrastructure, dam, mining and petroleum. He was responsible of the design of different engineering, construction and supervision phases during construction, planning and team supervision.As a geotechnical engineer, Arash was involved in following cases: geotechnical investigation program, feasibility and preliminary studies (preliminary and final) and detailed design, preparation of geotechnical studies, preparation of technical specifications and tender documents, instrumentation design and excavation drawings, coordination and supervision of projects during design and construction, team management and resource planning, technical support for offices and construction sites. Arash made his role in one of the greatest infrastructure/light train project (REM) in North America, Canada (over 6B$) as senior rock mechanics specialist for the underground structures (EMP shaft and ancillary tunnels- McGill station and airport tunnel). He presently plays a major role in a huge subway project in Montreal Island (with over 5B$ for around 6 km tunnel and 5 stations and one garage) as a senior tunnel geotechnics engineer and design lead of the detail design for two stations and garage and their associated tunnels and structures.Softwares skills: RS3, RS2, Dips, Unwedge, Swedge, Settle 3D, RockData, Geostudio (Slope/W), Plaxis 2D, MIDAS
