In that role, he led multidisciplinary teams, facilitated stakeholder processes, and built consensus among utilities, developers, regulators, and consumer advocates—demonstrating an ability to lead through collaboration and clear communication.Arash began his career at American Transmission Company in Wisconsin, gaining hands-on experience in grid operations and transmission planning. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative leadership style and an ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and credibility.
