   Leads and oversees the full programmatic operations of VOCAL-NY’s Harm Reduction Services, including a drop-in center, syringe services program, drug user healthcare clinic, mental health services, drug checking services, STI testing, vending machine, street outreach & peer delivered syringe exchange, case management, naloxone trainings, hot food, shower/laundry/dignity services, and more, operated by a team of 20 staff and serving 2,500+ unique individuals over the course of encounters each year.Provides budgetary oversight and leads the administrative operations that fulfill eight government grants and two philanthropic grants comprising $2.8MM in annual operating.As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, collaborates with the Co-Executive Directors and Chief of Staff to shape organization-wide decisions and negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements with VOCAL’s staff union.Cultivates strong organizational culture of excellence, community, transparency, and humor through intentional staff recruitment, developing managers to become superb coaches, and investing deeply in staff’s skills and wellbeing—resulting in one of the most effective social services teams in NYC.Maintains responsibilities as Director of Harm Reduction Services (below), and in addition:
