I have planned, budgeted, and developed products for the school and adult-learning education space for over 18 years. I have played significant roles in building content portfolios for industry majors, deploying them and in ensuring profitability through design, project management and time-bound delivery. I built, owned, trained and managed teams with varied talents and capabilities. I have led integration of content solutions across learning platforms for seamless user experience. Having worked closely with sales in the early stages of my career, having delivered teacher trainings across schools in different geographies, and having worked for both adult and school learners, I can predict and decode market needs of the educational learning solutions segment and react to it with speed and efficiency. At Eupheus-the country\'s largest school-focused learning solutions business, I lead the content team. Here I have worked on indigenous product development, customized learning solutions, and revamped acquisitions to ensure we have a catalogue that services all market tiers and learning needs in the K-12 space. My achievements include making our front list policy compliant through a detailed analysis of the NCF leading to creating cutting-edge, research driven, and differentiated products with long-term market outlook and shelf-life. I am a Xaverian (school, high school, and college) with a first-class post graduate degree in English Literature from Jadavpur University. I have aimed at building into my career the same rigour that these institutes of excellence have instilled in me.
