As a Director in Gartner Consulting’s Digital Growth and Transformation practice, I help leaders cut through the complexity of the AI and Digital landscape. Whether it is deploying Data & Analytics at scale or refining the operating model, I help clients move beyond short-term spikes to generate sustainable, inclusive growth.I get excited about building diverse teams to solve tough problems and find energy in leading, motivating, and developing people. I have a strong aversion to \"hand-waving\" consulting (i.e, clever frameworks with dubious real world application), and I seek out opportunities where I can work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to enable measurable and meaningful impact.
