I am proud to be a Senior Broker Development Manager at RSA.I\'m responsible for fostering lasting relationships with my clients to help them to grow their relationship with RSA and in turn grow their business.I am a passionate and hard working individual with a knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.My key strengths are relationship management, driving performance, developing strategy and inspiring people to be the best they can be.In my spare time, I like to write poetry, short stories and songs as well as be a husband to my beautiful wife Sarah and daddy to my incredible daughter Norah.I\'m also a proud trustee of the wonderful Jacob Abraham Foundation who do incredible work with people struggling with suicidal thoughts and families bereaved by suicide.
