About Arjun Ramakrishnan
I am a senior Aerospace Engineering major at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a passion for rocket propulsion as well as manufacturing. I enjoy the process of learning and getting my hands dirty in all aspects of engineering, from a desk to the shop floor. A good engineer must understand the processes their design will undergo. At WPI, I am an active member of the High-Power Rocketry Club and Wireless Association. I am also a student employee in the campus machine shop where I received the Gene Haas Foundation Tooling Award. I have over eight years of experience with 3D-printing, as well as over three years of experience with CNC and manual machining at WPI\'s Washburn Shops. I am skilled with Solidworks CAD, Fusion 360 CAD/CAM, MasterCAM, and the KiCAD PCB design software. I am a competent user of the ANSYS Fluent CFD and ANSYS Mechanical FEA softwares. I am knowledgeable in several programming languages spanning from web design to embedded system development.
