IT Compliance Partner to the Market Infrastructure Communities and Standards Services (MICSS) Tribe- Acting as the key contact for the tribe for all applicable control framework, in-particular with a strong focus on providing assurance on ISAE PCI-DSS and Agile control framework - Championing First Line of Defence (1LoD) testing as part of the shift-left approach and compliance obligations. Leading by example and being hands-on with the assessment of control and reporting on operational effectiveness- Promoting preventative and automated measures to software development life cycle practices, especially in the software release, pipeline and deployment practices - Actively experimenting with innovative solutions to reduce control workload and fatigue- Monitored the Agile Control Plan, which aims to enhance squads control posture and optimise value by becoming the defacto one-stop-shop for all compliance request transversally- Regularly reviewed tribe control gaps, monitor break-downs, audit comments and issues with management. Recommending and implementing sustainable and practical remediation steps that close the gap - Conducted “Friendly Reviews” both horizontally and vertically across all product teams within the tribe to validate and verify control assurance and flag areas of opportunities - Worked closely with stakeholders including but not limited to Global Security, Product, Risk, Audit and external communities - Acting as the focal point for all internal and external audits for the tribe. Coordinating responses, ensuring any findings are realistic, met and adequately acted on and responded to in a timely manner. Provide input during technical clearance and developed the framework further where weaknesses are present- Support on RCSA, risk acceptance and reviewing risk maturity to ensure alignment with organisations risk appetite
