Creating dashboards and KPIs for business purpose.• Managing Month end/ Year end/ Weekend reporting like Service Level Agreement (SLA,Dashboard), Production tracker, Ageing report, Inventory report and Weekly reports.• Ensuring adaptability of any new amendment in the activity and reaching out the stakeholders for the approvals in the updated SOP.• Having strong knowledge of “Advance excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python and SQL”.
