With a focus on climate resilience and sustainability, my expertise shapes Environmental Incentives, approach to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. My role as a Biodiversity Associate entails forging pathways for inclusive development, leveraging behavioral design to empower communities and ecosystems. The synthesis of local knowledge into our strategies is a cornerstone of my work, ensuring that interventions are both cost effective and culturally respectful. Previously, as a Project Manager, I facilitated the integration of traditional practices with scientific research to advance sustainable climate solutions. Our organization\'s dedication to locally-led restoration across 25 global field sites exemplifies our commitment to meaningful, community-driven change. My contributions have consistently supported the overarching goal: to drive the push for evidence-based and community-driven environmental policies. Additionally, my expertise has shaped program evaluations over the past decade in climate policy, sustainable range management, agriculture, land-use change, and STEM education. Having worked as a technical researcher in the private sector, university academics, non-profits, and government organizations both nationally and internationally I bring an ecosystems locally-led approach to solving our global problems sustainably.
