I hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Doon Business School Dehradun, and I have been working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Deloitte since January 2022. My core competencies include management, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, I recruit and select qualified candidates for various corporate functions, such as finance, operations, marketing, sales, HR, and analytics. I work with diverse stakeholders, such as hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners, to understand their needs and expectations, and to deliver effective and efficient talent solutions. I also contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, policies, and best practices, to enhance the employer brand, candidate experience, and diversity and inclusion.
