In my role as Executive Recruiter, I get to play a pivotal part in advancing Vistage’s mission: helping CEOs, business owners, and senior executives of small and midsize companies become more effective leaders—and, ultimately, live more fulfilling lives.What makes this role so exciting is the caliber of leaders I connect with. I seek out accomplished executives who are ready to take their decades of leadership experience and channel it into something bigger: becoming Vistage Executive Coaches (Chairs).
