As the Live-Out Risk Chair for Tri Delta at USC, I work to uphold the safety, well-being, and accountability of all chapter members. I coordinate risk management protocols, communicate event policies, and serve as a liaison between executive leadership and members. My responsibilities include promoting a culture of responsibility, ensuring compliance with university and national organization guidelines, and providing support in situations requiring discretion and care. I also contribute to chapter planning by helping create safe, inclusive environments for all members. As the Risk Chair, I attend multiple social events and watch over the members while enforcing chapter standards, as well as being on-call in case a member requires additional support several days throughout the week.
