ABOUT ARABELLA VAUGHAN
I am an Industrial/Organisational Psychologist at EZRA Coaching, working as part of the EZRA Labs team to embed a science-led and research-driven approach into everything we do at EZRA. As the lead for applied psychology and insights, I am bringing my experience in organisational change, consulting, and academia to enhance and innovate both our client and internal insights.I am also about to submit my PhD in Psychology at the University of Sydney. My research is focused on the development of novel psychometric assessment methods intended to improve assessment, selection, and training processes in organisational and educational contexts.
