About Arabella Hamm

My background in integrated marketing communications provides a unique perspective to brand strategy, combining creative thinking with data-driven insights to develop innovative solutions. During my first year as a graduate assistant supporting the Vice Chancellor for Community Engagement, I led cross-functional teams, spearheaded event planning to engage not only students but the entire community, and leveraged my skills in developing and implementing robust communications strategies including traditional, digital and social media. As an aspiring brand strategist, I want to amplify my education and experience supporting an organization’s marketing objectives, including writing strategy briefs, digital and social media content, special event planning and execution, asset delivery and performance, as well as the development and reporting on KPIs. My experience working in the newly-established Division of Diversity and Community Engagement has reinforced my belief in the importance of collaboration, consensus building and fostering inclusivity among communities and organizations.
