I started my career as an Architect and Project Manager, driven by a passion for building systems that bring structure, efficiency, and real-world impact. Over time, that curiosity evolved beyond physical spaces into designing digital products and platforms that solve complex business problems at scale.Today, as an Assistant Program Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, I work at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy, leading digital transformation initiatives across APAC & EMEA.My role focuses on consulting-led problem solving, where I partner with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement technology-driven solutions. I’ve led the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple enterprise platforms - spanning requirements, design, rollout, adoption, and continuous optimization - across PMO, operations, and construction technology domains.More recently, I’ve been driving cross-regional rollout of construction technology (ConTech) platforms, enabling standardized workflows, improved project visibility, and scalable digital adoption across teams.I combine product thinking, analytics, and process design to build solutions that are not only functional but scalable and user-centric.
