I currently work as a recruiter optimizing strategies for an enhanced candidate experience! I act as partner and advisor to hiring management teams in customer service, implementation, and software development. Serving on several boards, I provide new guidelines and practices, specifically focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion. In addition, I partner with universities and community colleges representing MEDITECH at recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, on sight tours, and mock interviews. Partnering with local elementary, middle, and high schools, I teach students about MEDITECH and the EHR industry as well as other STEM career paths. I facilitate trainings such as psychological safety in the workplace, diversity at MEDITECH, and co-advise our diversity ambassador program. My favorite part of recruiting and staff development is building relationships, developing processes, and improving the candidate experience through data driven decision making. Lastly, I am MEDITECH\'s resident Handshake expert!
