Client Coordination & Design Review • Regularly attend client meetings to gather updates, track deadlines, and understand evolving project requirements. • Engage in detailed discussions regarding design-related issues and propose technically viable and aesthetically sound solutions aligned with the client’s vision. • Communicate client feedback effectively to internal teams for further design development and adjustments.2. RFI Management • Proactively identify information gaps or coordination issues within the design and documentation. • Raise and prepare clear, concise Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure alignment across all stakeholders and maintain project clarity.3. Team Leadership & Support • Lead coordination sessions with team members to brief them on project scope, phases, and critical deadlines. • Provide hands-on support in resolving software-related technical issues (primarily within Revit and associated BIM tools), ensuring consistent model performance. • Monitor team productivity and provide mentorship to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project standards.4. Workflow Management • Establish efficient workflows to support smooth, collaborative, and productive operations within the architectural team. • Continuously refine BIM processes to enhance team performance and meet fast-paced project timelines without compromising quality.5. Cross-Disciplinary Model Coordination • Coordinate architectural models with structural and façade disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free BIM environments. • Conduct or assist with clash detection and resolution processes, ensuring seamless model integration and accurate documentation.
