These projects involve designing specialized healthcare environments that support advanced imaging modalities such as PET-CT, SPECT, and other radiology-related technologies. My work includes understanding the unique spatial, technical, and safety requirements associated with handling radioactive materials, and ensuring that the infrastructure complies with both medical standards and radiation safety regulations. This includes planning for equipment placement, lead shielding, workflow optimization, and patient/staff safety, all while coordinating with medical professionals, equipment vendors, and regulatory authorities.”
