   During my tenure as a Junior Architect at The Studio, I have had the opportunity to work and dwell deeper into handling entire projects and coordinating and the opportunity to work under a wonderful mentor during the time. My responsibilities encompass client coordination, entire site coordination, and driving the projects with productivity improvements. To enhance project efficiency, we developed a more systemic process of coordinating design detailing and coordination, which helped us handle projects in a more systemic fashion involving a smooth transition from design process to execution. Office efficiency additionally was enhanced, when we undertook various other steps to boost productivity and elevate the overall performance of the office. This experience allowed me to redefine my leadership skills by undertaking project roles in a much higher position and capacity of a junior architect.Mr.Ravi Sadhana (Late) he was an inspiring principal architect who inspired and believed in my skills, helping me reach the level of experience and expertise forever grateful for him and his support.
