Team Lead/Mobilization specialist/Consultant Transition starting January 2023 with Accenture.Deliver in a Supporting Role for –• Proposal support and transition solution development• Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)• Providing specific inputs on aspects of offshoring work (such as costs, organization structure etc.), to the onshore Accenture Deal team• Coordinating with operations and support functions (such as HR, Technology etc.) to ensure that their views are incorporated into the proposal• Participate in DD/Client workshops/Orals- as needed• Identify and maintain offering specific mobilization benchmarks and assets • Opportunity tracking across Offering / Geo / OU• Enable People: Project Staffing & Staff On boarding• Unit Operations: Production Readiness & Operations Reporting• Technology & Work Environment (TWE) Readiness: Coordinate with TWE Leads on Desktops/PCs, Laptops, Workspace, printers etc.• Client Visits• Assist in the knowledge transfer process• Assist in the Capacity planning process• Assist in Operational Excellence process documentation.Key Responsibilities: To successfully oversee every aspect of the project transition process, employees perform a wide variety of tasks as below:• Provide Program Management Office leadership and support for the Transformation/Transition• Monitor and track integrated Transformation/Transition plan; manage transition or workstream or process leads input, chasing, and escalating as required.• Management of Transformation/Transition-level Risks and Issues• Implement Stage Gate control points and monitor any solution changes, and associated impacts.• Escalate issues/risks to the Transformation/Transition Engagement Lead• Coordinate and prepare for Transformation/Transition Level Steering Group meetings.
